Fellowship at KMU
The Fellowship refers to a post-residency training period of 1 to 2 years in a subspecialty; e.g. hand surgery, which allows a specialized physician to develop a particular expertise that may have a related suspecialty board. Fellowship is often used to prepare for specialty boards examinations.
